This package includes accommodations, meals, guided workshops, mindfulness practices, group discussions, retreat activities, and materials. Cancellation Policy
By registering for a retreat, you agree to the following policy. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Deposits secure your reservation and support advance planning, accommodations, and retreat expenses. Participant Cancellations: * 60+ days before retreat start date: Refund of payments made, excluding deposit. * 30–59 days before retreat start date: 50% refund of payments made, excluding deposit. * Less than 30 days before retreat start date: No refunds. Payment Plans: Participants are responsible for completing all scheduled payments by the stated deadlines. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of payments made. Transfers: Registrations may not be transferred to another person without written approval from the organizer. Retreat Cancellation by Organizer: If the retreat is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of payments made directly to the organizer. The organizer is not responsible for airfare, travel costs, accommodations booked independently, travel insurance, or other related expenses. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against illness, emergencies, travel delays, cancellations, and unforeseen circumstances. By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation and refund policy.
