Founder

Afiya is a licensed mental health professional, facilitator, and founder dedicated to creating structured, supportive spaces where real healing and personal growth can take place.

 

With over 13 years of experience, she has worked with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, addiction, and life transitions. Her work focuses on helping people build deeper self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools they can integrate into their daily lives. Through both clinical practice and immersive experiences, she curates environments where individuals can slow down, process what they’ve been carrying, and reconnect with themselves in a meaningful and sustainable way.

She is known for her ability to turn clients’ visions into seamless experiences, handling everything from initial planning to day-of coordination with professionalism and care. Her passion lies in bringing people together and creating meaningful moments that leave lasting impressions.

 

With a strong commitment to excellence and personalized service, she continues to build a reputation for delivering events that are both stress-free and unforgettable.
