Service Description
Payment is required to secure your registration. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are nonrefundable. If a workshop is canceled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop. For private, custom, or corporate workshops, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
